GAIMSS'24 will be held at the Droit, Économie et Administration (DEA) faculty of the Université de Lorraine, located at Ile du Saulcy, 3 Cité Universitaire, 57000 Metz, France.

How do I reach Metz?

Train: Metz is reachable from Paris in 1h30 by direct train. We encourage using the train whenever possible. There are many daily trips starting from Gare de l’Est in Paris. 

Flight: To come by plane, the best ways are to travel either to Paris and continue by train or to fly to Luxembourg and continue by car.  There is a national airport located at 25km to the south of Metz although few flights arrive there: Algier (Algeria), Casablanca (Morocco), Constantine (Algeria), Marseille (France), or Toulouse (France).

Car: From Paris by the A4. Take exit n°33 and follow the direction “cité universitaire”. From Nancy by the A31 direction Luxembourg. Take exit n°33 and follow the direction “cité universitaire”. From Luxembourg by the A31 direction Nancy. Take exit n°33 and follow the direction “cité universitaire”.

How do I reach the university?

Public transport: Public buses can take you to the university. The Mettis line B stops at the stations “Saulcy" and "Cité U".

Bike or walk: Many free parking spaces for bikes are available on the island for you. Otherwise, the university is just 15 minutes walk from the city centre.
